Pray for the Moderator, Rt Rev Dr Richard Murray, as he prepares to lead the first part of the General Assembly before stepping down from office. Give thanks for his dedication, resilience and leadership in what have been challenging times for the denomination. Pray for a period of rest and refreshment before he resumes his ministry full-time in the congregation of Drumreagh.

Give thanks for the six overseas delegates attending this year’s Assembly from five countries. Pray that they will experience a warm welcome and feel at home among us, not least as they share in the Partners’ Fellowship Meal at lunchtime today. Pray that they will both know and bring blessings and encouragement in the week ahead.
