Praise God that He is “compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in love.” (Ps 103:8)

Pray for our nation – for all who work in the NHS – managers, administrators, cleaners, doctors, nurses, caterers, porters, and many more – for them to have enough resources to care for patients, and for Christ’s love and healing to be seen through them.

Pray for our village – for the Playgroup and Primary School, for all the boys and girls who attend, and the leaders, principal, teachers, and other staff who care for and teach them.

Pray for our congregation – for our ministry staff, elders and committee members who lead us in the spiritual and practical sides of church life, that they would grow as godly leaders with vision for the future; pray for our bowling club (Tuesday evenings) in providing a space for fellowship and fun in this time of social-distancing.

Pray for others – for those grieving the loss of loved ones during the pandemic to know God’s comfort.

Pray for yourself – for growth in Christ-like character (Gal 5:22-23 love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control).
