Edwin and Anne Kibathi, global mission workers, London, UK

Give thanks that believers from PCEA UK Outreach congregations in Luton, Reading, Birmingham and London were able to gather together in East London for a special 20th anniversary celebration of the ministry and mission on Saturday, 26 September. Pray that this celebration will inspire and mobilise the next generation of East African Christians in the UK to be ‘salt and light’ witnesses in their homes, schools, colleges and workplaces, just wherever God has placed them.

Grupos Biblicos Unídos, Spain (GBU)

Give thanks for the work of GBU throughout Spain and pray, as a new term begins, that Christian students would be able to connect easily with the GBU groups on campus and live as distinctive witnesses for Christ. Give thanks for a recent meeting of the GBU Executive Committee and pray that decisions taken would be effectively implemented. Pray also for Ana Runda as she seeks prayerful and financial support in order to become a GBU staff worker in Northern Spain.
