Pray for the work of the Guidelines Review Task Group meeting in the next few weeks. Give thanks for the work that has already been done to regularize, update and streamline some of the governance issues of the church. Pray for future decisions to complement and complete this work.

Training in Ministry.

Pray for the ministers and their spouses who attended the recent pre-retirement conference, organised by the Council. As these ministers prepare for retirement, pray that they will be enabled to finish strongly, and be equipped for a different sphere of service following their retirement. Give thanks for the facilitators of the conference, Rev Robert and Mrs Christine Bell and Rev Robert and Mrs Christine McMullan.
