Addiction is an ever-growing problem throughout Ireland. Pray for those suffering, that they may get the right help and support to overcome their addiction problems. Pray for Carlisle House as it provides addiction support. Pray for its service users, that they will use their time in Carlisle House to rebuild their lives and that they will resist the desire to return to their past habits and behaviours.

Poverty.

Pray for the Department of Communities as they continue to work on the Northern Ireland Anti-Poverty Strategy. Pray for all those struggling and living in poverty across Ireland. Give thanks for organisations like Christians Against Poverty and others who support people overwhelmed by debt and financial challenges. Pray that those who are in difficulty will find ways to access the support they need.
