Addiction Awareness Week

From 8 – 14 February 2026, this week focuses on raising awareness on the impact of addiction to those in our society. Please pray for individuals and families affected by addiction. Give thanks for those who work in our Addictions Services, both within the Health Trusts and within our PCI services, Carlisle House and Gray’s Court, both based in north Belfast. Pray for those in early stages of recovery, that they will be sustained by the Holy Spirit to live a life free of substance misuse.

Mark Smith is PCI’s Press Officer, supporting the work and mission of the church through media engagement and providing advice and support to colleagues, congregations and presbyteries. Pray for wisdom, grace and creativity; and that Jesus would be glorified through his work.
